When speaking about promoting book-reader linkage, bringing modern man closer to book, changing the attitude for book and reading, very often we arrive at a conclusion, that in order to have a reader we need to grow one first. Are there any mechanisms in place for encouraging children and pupils to read and how much does the contemporary literature drive the youth to read?
