Non-formal education in regions. One episode, and many questions


"Hovhannisyan" Institute implemented the "What the Photo Tells" educational program for young people in Vayots Dzor region. Teens choose photos from old family albums and do their own research on them. Capitulation or salvation?


The hostilities started in Artsakh on November 9, 2020 stopped. The signed document became known as capitulation. Political comments were also made that it is not just a capitulation, but a rescue from a worse outcome. The Armenian public does not know exactly why the war started, why it ended on November 9, and whether it ended.
