In the evening of Holy Thursday, the Khavaroom (Betrayal) service was offered in all Armenian churches. The service refers to the events of Good Friday. The Brotherhood of the Mother See were praying with the Catholicos of All Armenians in the St. Gayane Monastery.

The widow of Deacon Narek Petrosyan, who died in the Artsakh war, was hosted by His Holiness


In the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the Patriarch of All Armenians blessed and conveyed words of support to the wife of Deacon Narek Petrosyan, Mariam Bznuni. A few days ago, by the order of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Deacon Narek Petrosyan, assistant of the RA Army Chaplaincy, who died in the Second Artsakh War, was posthumously awarded the Order of the "Military Cross" 1st degree medal for his exceptional courage in the defense of the homeland and for his personal courage.

Early in the morning of April 2, the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II visited the "Yerablur" military pantheon. The Armenian Patriarch prayed at the graves of the boys who lost their lives in the 2016 April Four-Day War.
