	34 military servants at Gugark Diocese were awarded medals During the event organized on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of Armenian Independence held at St. Grigor Narekatsi Church hall, the military servants of the third army unit were awarded with Governmental and institutional medals. Archbishop Sebouh Chuldjian, the Primate of Gugark Diocese, delivered his blessing speech.
	Discover Sanahin Charity event “Discover Sanahin” was implemented in the region of Alaverdi through joint funding by the World Vision Armenia and VivaCell MTS. Young tour guides trained within the scope of the project, delivered a 10-day free tour guide services in the territory of Sanahin Monastery Complex presenting replicas of rare manuscripts and organizing sale of souvenirs.
	St. Catherine Armenian Church of St. Petersburg renovated On September 10, on the occasion of completing the renovation and improvement of St. Catherine Armenian Church, the Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko visited the Church. The guest was received by the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and Nor Nakhichevan, Archbishop Ezras Nersisyan.
	Holy Mother of God Church in Dzithank re-consecrated Holy Mother of God Church in Dzithank, Shirak Diocese, like many other churches in Soviet times, was forgotten and forsaken. Some months ago the Church was renovated with the financial support of Moscow-based Rustam Stepanyan originating from Dzithank. Recently, Bishop Mikael Ajapahian re-consecrated the prayer house.
	Newly constructed Armenian Church in Yakutsk, Russia On September 7, under the presidency of Archbishop Yezras Nerssiyan, the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and Nor Nakhichevan, the official ceremony of the consecration and opening of St. Karapet Church was held. The Church was constructed with the support of the local communities’ philanthropists.
	Runners-up of Tank Biathlon at home The runners-up of the World Tank Biathlon organized in Russia, are natives of Lori Marz presently serving in one of the military units of Syunik Marz. Archbishop Sebouh Chouldjian, the Primate of Gugark Diocese, bequeathed his blessings and exhortations to the soldiers arriving at Vanadzor.
	An Armenian Church Youth Center opening in Gyumri Another Armenian Church Youth Center will open soon in Shirak Diocese to make the seventh of all Youth Centers operating under the auspices of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. The Center will operate in the Officer House of Gyumri which was totally demolished after the earthquake of 1988 and was under construction since 2007.
	St. Hakob Church of Lori Marz consecrated On August 31, Archbishop Sebouh Chouldjian, the Primate of the Diocese of Gugark, consecrated the Church bearing the name of St. Hakob Mtsbna in Shahumyan community.
	Gugark and Shirak Diocesan camps Our crew visited the camps of Gugark and Shirak Diocesan camps. Along with spending their summer vacations in the nature, the children also learn lessons of friendship, forgiveness, sympathy and patriotism in the camps.
	Charity Program “Extend Your Hand to Your Brother” presses ahead Within the scope of the program organized in Gugark Diocese, Aslikyan’s malti-member family from Vanadzor was granted an apartment by the donation of businessman Artak Evoyan.
	“Remember your Creator in the days of your youth”: religious camp in Gugark Diocese “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth”: this is the third year a religious camp is organized under this commandment bringing the members of 13 Youth Unions of Gugark Diocese together.
	Ground-Blessing Ceremony ofthe Holy Mother of God Church of Stepanavan The construction of the basilica Church Holy Mother of God takes place with the sponsorship of Stepanavan Charity Fund established by the Mayor of Stepanavan and Russia-based philanthropists Avag, Mihran and Zhirayr Khanedanyan brothers. The construction of the Church will last two years.
