The Holy cross relic of Jesus Christ was taken from the Mother See to the Holy Mother of God church in Aragats


On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the re-consecration of the Holy Mother of God Church in Aragats, the Holy cross relic of Jesus Christ was taken to the church from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiatsin by the patriarchal administration. A Holy and ImDivine Liturgy was served. The Holy Mother of God was built in the 1860s. During the Soviet years, like many churches, it was turned into a warehouse and bowed over time. The church was rebuilt and consecrated in 2014.

The students of Vanadzor's Youth Center karate class returned with victory from two tournaments


Alen Gevorgyan, a member of Vanadzor's Youth Center, took first place in the "Open Georgia" international karate tournament held in Georgia. Allen has now been named to the national team. Gevorgyan Theological Seminary The Theological University will give applicants another chance in August


The examinations of Armenian language and Armenian literature have been completed at Gevorgyan Seminary. On June 15, the applicants took an exam on Armenian history, and also met with the seminary's inspectorate. At the final stage of the exams, during the interview, attention is paid to the applicant's spiritual and ecclesiastical knowledge, musical abilities, communication skills and knowledge of languages. The second round of Gevorgyan Theological Seminary entrance exams is in August.
