Romanos Melikyan FEST finalizedSince 2010, an Armenian Composers’ Art Festival is held in Armenia. It is organized by the Ministry of Culture of Armenia, Union of Composers and the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia. The concert which was to attach high value to the heritage of the Armenian composers’ school was supposed to take place in December, but it was delayed and eventually took place on January 23.

International seminar on the conservation of archaeological itemsThe international seminar held in Yerevan from January 15-21 is titled “Archaeological Study of Bronze” and “Preventive Conservation”. Festive New Year Concert of Yerevan State Chamber ChoirOn December 17, Yerevan State Chamber Choir held a festive New Year concert. The program covering contemporary jazz and pop musical pieces was replenished with Christmas songs. The Choir of Spendiarian Music School and young musicians also participated in the concert.

Christmas Liturgy in St. Zoravar Church of Yerevan conducted in Anglican ritesFrom April, 2013, almost every Sunday the British believers congregate in St. Zoravar Church of Yerevan. The pastor of the community, John Barker, runs an Anglican Liturgy for them. On Sunday, a Christmas Divine Liturgy was offered to the members of the British community in Armenia.
