4 music bands functioning in TUMO Center for Creative Technologies


Young people are not only  familiarized with the history and fundamentals of music in TUMO Center, but are also enabled to independently create and perform music of diverse style and types. Today there are four music bands in TUMO – TmbaTa avant-garde folk band, Decibelle girl’s pop group, DIY punk-rock group and Pyramidz electronic music band.

Armenian-Iranian concert to mark Nooruz


The new year of 1395 by Iran numbering, i.e. the Persian Nooruz was celebrated in Armenia too.  The Embassy to Iran in Armenia organized a reception, exhibition of Iranian handicraft and joint Armenian-Iranian concert in Aram Khachaturian concert hall.

Concert of State Chamber Choir of Armenia to the Women’s Day


The very first concert of the Chamber Choir was devoted to the Women’s Day. The compositions of modern and classic composers were performed. 
 

Classic music contest for the Presidential Award was launched


The classical music includes two nominations – singing and performing. The final stage was attended by 9 singers. The results will be finalized in May.

The Issue of Surrogacy in the Concept of the Armenian Church


Surrogacy was legalized in Armenia since 2002. Surrogate mothers helped hundreds of children come into life. The medical program of surrogacy creates an opportunity for infertile couples in Armenia to have children, raising other issues of moral and ethical nature.
