Outdoor Film Screenings and Concerts will be held on the days of Fresco Festival


On August 24, the Yerevan project of the 7th Fresco International Festival of Contemporary Art and Spiritual Films has opened with the outdoor film screenings, which will last till September 01. Every day, from 19:00 to 23:00, the film screenings will be held in the area near the St. Anna and St. Katoghike Churches in Yerevan. Three outdoor concerts will also be performed.

Third phase of entrance exams at the Gevorkian Theological Seminary


Due to the epidemic conditions, the Gevorkian Theological Semianry held entrance exams in three phases this year. The last phase was attended mainly by entrants demobilized from the army or living abroad.

The Yard of the St. Thaddeus Church in Masis is being reformed


It is a long time since the renovation works of the area around the St. Thaddeus Church in Masis have begun. The green yard of the Church built 5 years ago, under the sponsorship of Vardanyan Family, will soon be provided with a drip irrigation system.

Vatche and Tamar Manoukian Library of Holy Etchmiadzin was Opened, Keeping the Anti-epidemic Rules


On August 19, with the permission of the Commandant's Office (Paretatun), the libraries were given the opportunity of operating, meeting the special requirements. The Vatche and Tamar Manoukian Library of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin was also opened, keeping the anti-epidemic rules.

The Pontiff of All Armenians Received the Priests serving in the Churches of Yerevan

Rev. Fr. Ararat Shared the Birthday of the Holy Mother of God with Trustees of Hospital in Masis


On the occasion of the Birthday of the Holy Mother of God, Rev. Fr. Ararat Ordoyan, spiritual pastor at St. Thaddeus Church in Masis, visited the Medical Center of Masis with the members of the Youth Union to share the good tidings of the Birthday of the Holy Mother of God with the children being treated, their parents, as well as, the mothers of newborns.
 

Restoration of Astvatsynkal Monastery has begun


The restoration works of the Astvatsynkal Monastery in Aragatsotn Region have begun. The Monastery, located in the area between the Yernjatap and Hartavan villages, dates back to the 5th-13th centuries.
