Another Armenian Church Youth Center will open soon in Shirak Diocese to make the seventh of all Youth Centers operating under the auspices of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. The Center will operate in the Officer House of Gyumri which was totally demolished after the earthquake of 1988 and was under construction since 2007.
