From February 13-16, an international conference on conservation and strengthening of the rock-hewn structures and the drainage system for Geghard Monastery was held. Geghard Monastery is owned by the Mother See and is placed under the state care as a national wealth. Since 2000, it’s included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage.
