On September 19, the annual three-day meeting of priests began in the Armenian Church in Moscow, under the chairmanship of His Eminence Archbishop Yezras Nersisyan. The diocesan Primate referred to the catastrophic situation created in Artsakh as a result of Azerbaijan's large-scale attack, the aim of which is to depopulate Artsakh with a genocidal policy.
