Exactly 40 days after Easter, the Armenian Apostolic Church celebrates the Feast of the Ascension, which the people also call the Feast of Fate or Katnapur. After the resurrection, Christ walked the earth for exactly 40 days, and on the 40th day, giving messages to his apostles, he ascended to heaven. Holy Liturgy will be offered in all churches on Ascension Day.
