Male citizens under the age of 17 who have completed primary school or transferred to the 11th and 12th grades of high school can apply, also who are children of the Armenian Apostolic Holy church. Applicants will pass a written exam in the subject of Armenian language, orally in the subjects of Armenian literature and Armenian history. Through the interview, musical knowledge, knowledge of foreign languages and ability to express oneself will be tested.
