The Brotherhood of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin prayed for the Armenian prisoners illegally held in Baku

Under the direction of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, the Brotherhood of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, at the end of the liturgy in the Mother Cathedral, offered a prayer to God for the Armenian prisoners captured by Azerbaijan and illegally held in Baku on fabricated charges. The ceremony was presided over by Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, Chancellor of the Mother See. According to him, these trials against the military and political representatives of the Republic of Artsakh, military personnel, and ordinary citizens aim to devalue the Artsakh liberation struggle, deal another blow to national dignity, and thwart the visions of Armenia’s future.
