On September 6, Nerses Shnorhali Church of Ijevan was full of pilgrims arriving from different places of Armenia and Yerevan to congratulate the newly-appointed Primate of Tavush Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan. The former leader Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan handed him the leader’s wand wishing him success in his service and to bring a new breath to Tavush.
