St. Poghos Church and St. Petros Chapel in Akunq vilage of Kotayk Marz has been undergoing a renovation since 2014 initiated by the village residents, St. Petros Chapel is now renovated, and a new church is erected on the place of fully destroyed St. Poghos. Official consecration ceremony was held on July 2.
