On the day before the feast of St. Stepen Proto-Deacon, 12 students of the 2nd class of the Vazgenyan Theological Seminary in Sevanavank and another 12 from the 4th class were awarded the right to wear Orarion and three students from fifth class received the degree of semi-deacon.
