On September 1-, the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and Nor Nakhichevan Archbishop Yezras Nersisiyan consecrated the grounds of the Church to be constructed in Ulyanovsk, Russia. The prayer house is constructed with the efforts of the local community occupying around 200 sq. m. area.
