A social-educational center will be opened in the Noyemberyan community of the Diocese of Tavish with the grant support of the RA ESCS. The signing of the memorandum was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Armenia Jun Yamada and the Primate of the Tavush Diocese His Grace Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan.
