Rev. Fr. Mkhitar Haroyan and Rev. Fr. Khachatur Hayrapetyan, are the priests who were ordained on September 13, 1945 in the Diocese of Arstakh and spent their 40-day seclusion period of fasting in the Gandzasar Monastery during the war. On March 22, they were at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to receive the blessings of the Armenian Patriarch.
