We want peace, we get war?

Today, official Yerevan announced the significant aggravation of the military-political situation in the region and signaled that Armenia is ready and wants to sign a peace treaty with Azerbaijan. The day before yesterday, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan announced that his country is ready for peace, but Yerevan is leading the process to a dead end.
