With the blessing of the Catholicos of All Armenians, 72 stone crosses were consecrated by Bishop Mkrtich Proshyan, Primate of Aragatsotn Diocese, and Bishop Moushegh Babayan, director of the Administrative and Economic Department of the Mother See. Before being anointed with holy muron, the stones were washed with water and wine. The Holy Cross church complex is being built according to the best traditions of Armenian architecture. The church will have 33 embroidered khachkars.
