On the New Sunday, Shurishkan Gospel was brought out from the Mesrop Mashtots Matenadaran in Yerevan and, according to the tradition, taken to the St. Gevork Church of Mughni. Hundreds of people from various communities of Armenia arrived in Mughni to attend the Divine Liturgy and partake in the power of the Gospel.
