“Most of the church-owned property, including almost all manuscripts of  Matenadaran were so called “nationalized” during Bolshevik Revolution and became state property up till nowadays. Those who demand the Church to pay taxes, should first of all claim full compensation of losses, and the taxes will make only tiny part of the losses suffered by the Church”. Rev. Fr.
