“When asked why do I sing only in English, I reply that I am not ready, yet I sing with Armenian spirit. The only regret I have is that I didn’t come to Armenia much earlier.” Rena was born in Aleppo, lived in Australia for 20 years, then moved again to Aleppo, Lebanon and lastly, to Armenia. She sings jazz and blues. Rena is sure that Armenia is the best place both for herself and also for her children.
