Sonnet is one of the favorite types of Armenian and world poetry. Many classical and modern Armenian poets have referred to the sonnet. From the early period of his work, Henrik Edoyan created remarkable sonnets, the features of which are discussed by literary critics Hayk Hambardzumyan and Arkmenik Nikoghosyan in the framework of the "Parallel Readings" program.
